Design and build the optical sensing systems at the core of Oncoptic's platform, from bench prototype to a system ready for the point of care. You'll simulate and validate optical and multiphysics performance in Zemax and COMSOL before it ever reaches the bench.

Run day-to-day lab operations for Oncoptic's Netherlands site.

• Oversee sample handling, lab workflows, and equipment upkeep
• Ensure compliance with lab safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with the engineering team on experiment scheduling and results tracking
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships for lab supplies

Culture and prepare the cell samples that power Oncoptic's platform, and develop the microfluidic systems that deliver them to the optics.

• Culture and maintain cell lines and primary samples for experiments
• Design and troubleshoot microfluidic chips and sample-delivery workflows
• Work closely with the optical engineering team to align sample prep with system requirements
• Maintain lab protocols for cell handling and viability
